"There is no spoon..."
Woooo...
"Not bad, Johnny boy. Not bad."
"Huh?"
Pada ketika itu, aku cuba mengulang kembali mantra Zen No Mind aku.
"There is no spoon. There is no spoon. There is no spoon..."
Tapi trick tu tak berjaya kali ni.
"Bang! Boleh berdiri tempat lain tak? Abang sedar tak yang abang tengah block eskalator ni?"
"Oh... Sori. Sori."

I plan to go this Friday. But I don't have that ability err... zone out. Can I just say "H1N1 nak lalu ni!"?
JANGAN! Nanti kena kuarantin!
Hehehehe...
Just be patient, think of nice things and afterwards, go across the street and have something nice to eat.
En Johnny,
Betul ke encik hot macam Neo?
NAK JADI GROUPIE... hahahaha
What were you looking for at the fair exactly? Sorry I'm just curious because I just have this feeling that you are not that much into Malay books, which pretty much is what KLIBF is all about.
Did you get enough dosage of smelly armpits by the way? What loads of people over there. I could just smell lotsa things from seeing the reports on tv.
Yang HOT tu Neo... Tapi kalau nak jadi groupie, no problem. Kat sidebar ada opsyen untuk jadi pengikut. Ajak la kawan-kawan you yang HOT join sekali ye...
;p
Anyway, back to your question. I went there to look for a few books that are really hard to find now. I made the stupid mistake of ignoring them when they were released. They're published by Sang Freud Press and Stormkitchen. They are not your typical Malay books. Their irreverent attitude of using street and avant garde BM greatly impressed me when I first read 'Kasut Biru Rubina' a few weeks ago. I might write about them here in a couple of days, so watch this space ok.
As for the crowd... It was huge. And to be expected. But don't let that put you off. Just be calm and don't plan to do anything else for the rest of the day. Make a day of it.
By the way, those peep-toe wedges you are looking for are waaaay HOT!
Peep toe itu manikam kalbu kan??
'Kasut Biru Rubina' takde di silverfish ke? They do have a physical store, right?
P/s: issshh.. you ni lupeke? Kawasan I(I pissed kat corner tu tadi, mark territory) banyak makcik tupperware (iya, I kawan semua tak kira orientasi), betul you nak diorang follow you?
Ajak je kawan-kawan you. Lagi HOT lagi bagus!
I know they sell them at Silverfish but somehow, I always end up in Bangsar at odd hours of the day. Time malam lah, on weekends when they're closed, etc. Wonder why?
:p
